By the end, you will have a clearer picture of your situation and the options available to you — with no obligation to proceed in any direction.

How long does a family matter typically take to resolve?
Every situation is different, and we are honest about that from the start. A straightforward arrangement may be concluded in a few weeks, while more involved matters can take longer. What do the fees cover?
The quoted prices cover the service as described. For the Family Guidance Meeting, this is the full cost of your consultation. For the other services, the fee covers the work described — document preparation, correspondence, and representation where applicable. We will always be transparent before any additional costs arise.
Do I need to have everything sorted out in my own mind before contacting you?
Not at all. Many of the people who come to us are still working through things themselves. You do not need a clear plan — just a willingness to talk. We are comfortable sitting with uncertainty alongside you, and helping you find clarity over time.
Can both parties in a family matter use Ubon?
In most situations we work with one party to ensure there is no conflict of interest. However, for cooperative arrangements where both sides wish to approach things constructively, we can sometimes help structure a process that feels fair and supportive to everyone involved. We will explain what is possible at the outset.
